Hmmmmm it’s been sometime since I’ve been on here, a year or so in fact. During that year a lot has changed for me starting with my life. Two years ago I created a profile for this website due to how I wanted to become a profession cartoonist. Although I still do my cartoons I’ve became more and more interested in photographer. What started as a hobby two years ago has now became this obsession of mine. I became interested in photography due to my art A levels and quickly found I had a natural talent for it, now it has become an important aspect of my work and is something I’m hoping to continue with in the future and HOPEFULLY become something of a profession. Anyway enough of my life story...At the start of this year I made a chanellege of how far I can get by becoming freelance. So far I’ve been successful in the first six months:

-I won a local photography competition which placed me in first place and won a £100
-The judges of the local competition also placed me in a bigger competition uses the same photo which placed me in second place. As a result of which I get to meet a famous photographer and also get a prize of some sort.
-I've made a solid contact with a local hair saloon Michael Di Meo and have been taking photos for them ever since
-I got the chance to photograph the Miss Bedfordshire 2009 Grand Final

Now that I’ve finished sixth form I have 3 months before I start my foundation Art course at collage. In these 3 months and the rest of the year my plans are simply trying to continue doing freelance work and see where that gets me. In the next couple of weeks I’m going to submit the best of the best of my photos. To see all of them I have a Facebook site as well as an up and coming website where I will display ALL my photos for the world to see and HOPEFULLY buy. Side Note: All the photos already submitted before this post where taken during my art A levels using a Fujifilm FinePix A400, The photos I will be submitting are taken on my new Cannon EOS 450D (standard lens) which I’ve been using since the start of the year.
